Kids' Ministries
Vision:
We are striving to be intentional about our discipleship process here at Zion. Our goal is to intentionally create cohesive threads woven through the fabric of our education program. Our younger ages (3 year olds – 3rd graders) are learning about the character God. They are discovering what it means to hear His stories and, as a result, gain a deeper understanding about who God is through those stories. Our 4th-6th grade children shift the focus by beginning to uncover who they are as Christian individuals in relation to God. Our girls and boys are mentored by outstanding men and women in the congregation, allowing our youth to gain perspective and to see how God works in their lives. This lays the foundation of understanding for who they are, what God has made them to be, and how they can practically begin living a life dedicated to following Jesus.
