Children’s Ministry Volunteers: We are beginning the search for volunteers as we prepare for our fall programming to kick off! Serving in children’s ministry is a very valuable way to serve and thank the Creator who has given every good gift. Sharing with young ones about the love of Christ can be a joyful experience, and will come with rewards you didn’t even foresee. Jesus asks us to “go and make disciples” and this begins with our smallest members of Zion. Whether you have never served in children’s ministry before, consider yourself a veteran, or fall somewhere in-between, take some time to first and foremost PRAY. Let God know you are willing to be obedient and will do whatever He asks of you. Consider the gifts that God has given you. Do you enjoy crafts or art? Do you like playing games? Are you a good storyteller? There are ways that we can plug those talents into our programming. If you feel God tugging at your heart to “go for it,” then please email BreeAnn Cowger. There is a great need for Sunday School teachers, Wednesday night small group leaders, Wednesday night station leaders, and nursery volunteers. Click this link for more details.
